Genomics in your practice
CPIC pharmacogenomics, genetic predispositions and carrier status for your patients. No investment, no training, no credit card.
Why offer genomic testing to your patients
Pharmacogenomics is no longer an academic discipline. CPIC guidelines cover drugs that general practitioners prescribe daily: statins, antidepressants, anticoagulants, antiplatelets, proton pump inhibitors, opioid analgesics. Knowing the patient's metabolizer profile before prescribing can reduce adverse reactions, improve therapeutic efficacy, and optimize dosing.
The Genomatik test is designed to integrate into the medical practice workflow without adding complexity. The physician does not need to interpret raw data: the report is already structured with clear CPIC recommendations, standard clinical nomenclature, and verifiable sources.
How the program works
Loaner kits
Receive 10 CE-IVD kits ready to use in your practice. No upfront purchase, no credit card. Kits are automatically replenished as used. You only pay for tests actually activated.
Simple activation
Enter the patient's details and tax ID in the dedicated portal. One click to activate the test. The courier picks up the sample directly from your practice. Time required for the physician: less than 3 minutes per patient.
Direct report
When the report is ready, it appears in the portal next to the patient's name. Browseable online and downloadable as PDF. The pharmacogenomics section is designed to be read by the physician, not just the patient.
Deferred billing
Zero upfront costs, zero contractual obligations. You receive an invoice at the end of the month only for tests actually completed. Special pricing reserved for healthcare professionals.
The CRM portal
The Genomatik portal for professionals is a streamlined, no-frills interface designed to do one thing: manage your patients' genomic tests.
Key features: patient records with tax ID, real-time test progress tracking (shipped, in analysis, ready), direct access to browseable report and PDF, history of completed tests, automatic notifications when a report is ready.
It's not a medical practice management system, it doesn't replace your office software, and it requires no training. It's a control panel dedicated exclusively to genomics.
Real-world use cases
First statin prescription
The patient's SLCO1B1 profile indicates increased risk of myopathy with simvastatin. The physician opts for an alternative statin or reduced dosage, avoiding a potential adverse reaction.
SSRI antidepressants
The patient is a poor metabolizer for CYP2C19. Standard-dose escitalopram could accumulate. The physician discusses with the specialist a reduced dosage or an active ingredient metabolized through a different pathway.
Family planning
A couple requests the test before a pregnancy. Carrier status reveals both partners carry a cystic fibrosis variant. The physician refers them for specialist genetic counseling.
Anticoagulant therapy
The patient's VKORC1 + CYP2C9 profile suggests increased sensitivity to warfarin. CPIC guidelines provide a specific recommended starting dose for that genotypic combination.
What this program is not
The Genomatik program for professionals is not a genetic counseling service, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace the physician's clinical judgment. The tool provides structured genomic information that the professional integrates into their clinical practice at their own discretion. Therapeutic decision-making responsibility remains entirely with the treating physician.
